These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between OGVCLOUD LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as TaskColony ("TaskColony," "we," "us," or "our"), and each person or entity that accesses or uses the TaskColony website, platform, or services ("User," "Customer," "Requester," or "you").

TaskColony provides technology-enabled administrative and operational services for requesting, coordinating, managing, tracking, and documenting civil process service, legal document delivery, and related services.

TaskColony is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Information provided through the TaskColony platform concerning service methods, service attempts, Returns of Service, affidavits, declarations, notarization, deadlines, court procedures, or related matters is provided for administrative and process-service purposes and should not be considered legal advice.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during account signup or in your account settings, you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS) from TaskColony related to your account and your use of our services. Message categories include: two-factor authentication (2FA) and verification codes; service request confirmations; job availability and assignment notifications; service attempt and status updates; completion notifications; payment-related alerts; account and security notifications; and customer support communications. All messages relate to your account, activity, and services on the TaskColony civil process serving platform.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any TaskColony service. The SMS consent checkbox is never pre-checked, and you must affirmatively opt in. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan; TaskColony is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages, except that you may still receive essential security messages where permitted. Reply START or YES to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. You can also review, update, or withdraw your consent and disable SMS notifications at any time in your account settings.

Your mobile phone number and related opt-in data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
