Process Server Agreement
This Process Server Agreement governs process servers who accept and perform assignments through TaskColony, operated by OGVCLOUD LLC d/b/a TaskColony.
Sections
Certification and Authorization
Each Process Server is responsible for maintaining all certifications, registrations, appointments, licenses, approvals, and other legal qualifications required to perform assignments accepted through TaskColony.
A Process Server must not accept or perform an assignment in a jurisdiction where the Process Server is not legally authorized to perform the requested service.
Service Records
The Process Server must accurately document each service attempt and completed service performed through TaskColony. The Process Server must provide truthful and complete information concerning the date, time, location, manner, outcome, and circumstances of each attempt.
Returns
When TaskColony generates a Return of Service, Return of Non-Service, affidavit, declaration, or similar document using information recorded by the Process Server, the Process Server must review the complete document for accuracy before signing or executing it.
By signing or executing the document, the Process Server personally certifies the accuracy of the statements contained in that document.
No Falsification
A Process Server must not knowingly create, submit, sign, or certify false, misleading, fabricated, or materially incomplete service information.
