Requirements
Process servers must satisfy all applicable state and local laws, rules, certification, licensing, registration, court-authorization, and other legal requirements necessary to lawfully serve process in the jurisdiction where the service is to be performed before accepting or performing any process-service assignment through TaskColony. Each Process Server is solely responsible for maintaining their legal eligibility and authority to perform process service.
